​Northern Caribbean University, an English speaking liberal arts co-educational institution of higher education, is owned and operated by the Jamaica Union Conference and the Atlantic Caribbean Union Mission of Seventh-day Adventists and is located in Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica.

Northern Luzon Adventist College (NLAC) is a Seventh-day Adventist boarding institution of higher education.

​Nunawading Christian College (NCC) is a Seventh-day Adventist school offering all grades of elementary and secondary education. It is located at 161 Central Road Nunawading, Victoria 3131, Australia. It is described as “a coeducational Christian school in Melbourne, located a short walk from Nunawading railway station. NCC provides a values-based education for students in Early Learning, Primary School, and Secondary School.”

Nyazura Adventist High School (previously Nyazura Secondary School) is a Seventh-day Adventist boarding school under the East Zimbabwe Conference. The school is recognized by the government of Zimbabwe. It is situated about ten kilometers from Nyazura town, in Makoni district of Manicaland (also known as Mashonaland) province of Zimbabwe. The school has an enrollment of 775 students and has 40 teachers according to 2017 records. There is also a boarding primary school nearby with an enrollment of 845 students, taught by 25 teachers as of 2017. A clinic is located on the same mission campus. This article focuses on the development of the Nyazura Adventist High School, which at times may be referred to as Nyazura Mission.

In the fall of 1895 the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists commissioned a three-man site location committee to travel south to purchase property for a school to educate African American youth.

The Omaura School of Ministry is located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea (PNG), at an altitude of 4,650 feet (1,417 meters). It was originally established as the Omaura Training School, “for the purpose of training workers to carry the message to the multiplied thousands of the great inland who have not yet been reached by any mission influence.”

Ozark Adventist Academy is a fully accredited Seventh-day Adventist coeducational boarding academy in northwest Arkansas, owned and operated by the Arkansas-Louisiana Conference. It lies in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains beside Flint Creek about two miles southwest of Gentry and six miles northeast of Siloam Springs.

​Pacific Adventist University (PAU) is a coeducational senior boarding university situated in Koiari Park, approximately 20 kilometers (12 miles) northeast of Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea. An institution of the South Pacific Division, it has served since 1984 as the senior tertiary institution for the Pacific Island nations of the South Pacific. It has schools of business, education, theology, humanities, and science.

Panama Adventist Institute or Instituto Adventista Panameño (IAP) is a secondary level educational boarding institution within the Seventh-day Adventist Church educational system. For over 70 years, IAP has offered a solid education based on spiritual values, and a strong academic curriculum. It is the only boarding institution in the Panama Union Mission’s territory.

Papa’aroa Adventist College is located at Titikaveka, on Raratonga, Cook Isands. It offers classes from elementary level to grade 10. It is administered by the Cook Islands Mission, a mission organization in the New Zealand Pacific Union Conference, South Pacific Division.

​Parana Adventist College (Instituto Adventista Paranaense, IAP) offers early childhood, elementary, high school, and undergraduate education. It belongs to the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brazil and is part of the worldwide Adventist education network. It operates in the mission field of the South Brazil Union.

​The Pastor Manoel Soares Academy (Instituto Educacional Pastor Manoel Soares or IEMS) is an academy that offers early childhood, primary, and secondary education in a boarding and day school system. It is located in the mission field of the South Brazil Union Conference (União Sul-Brasileira or USB) and, although it is not part of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) worldwide education network, it seeks to offer integral education in accordance with the values of Adventist education. The academy is located on Vila Longuinópolis at Zip Code 85430-000 in the city of Braganey in the state of Paraná, Brazil.

​Petropolis Adventist Academy is a boarding school with elementary and high school levels of education. The institution operates in the territory of the Southeast Brazil Union.

Philip Lemon University is located in the center of Lubumbashi city, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Plainview Academy opened in 1902 near Sioux City, Iowa, in the southeast part of the state of South Dakota on land donated in 1901 by the Elk Point (now Hurley) church. Originally it was an intermediate school variously known as South Dakota Intermediate School, Elk Point Intermediate School, and Elk Point Industrial School. The school was closed in 1965.

​Riverside Adventist Academy is the only school managed by the Northeast India Union Section. It is located on 23 acres of land beside the Didram river at Chichotcheng village, P.O. Bajengdoba, North Garo Hills district of Meghalaya, India.
