​The South São Paulo Conference is an administrative unit of the Seventh-day Adventist Church located in the territory of the Central Brazil Union Conference (União Central Brasileira or UCB). Its headquarters is in the Brooklin neighborhood in the city of São Paulo in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.

​The South Sea Islands Museum was established in 1966 adjacent to Ellen White’s home Sunnyside in Cooranbong, NSW, Australia. It contains a collection of artifacts that have been gathered from the cultures and societies of the South Pacific Division and donated for permanent display.

The history of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in South Sudan goes back as far as 1892 when the General Conference voted to send a missionary to Sudan. However, at the time Sudan was partitioned between the Christian denominations that entered the country ahead of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. This early attempt failed because there was no space left to be allocated to the Adventist Church. The second attempt to enter Sudan was during the leadership of Neil C. Wilson when he was president of the Nile Union Mission. According to the magazine the Columbia Union Visitor, in 1950 Neil C. Wilson “was elected President of the Nile Union Mission, comprising Egypt, Sudan, Aden, and the Arabian Peninsula.”

The South Sudan Attached Territory of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SSAT) is a constituent of the East-Central Africa Division (ECD) of the General Conference. It was organized in 2015. Its headquarters is located at Bilpam-Gudele Roundabout, plot no., 1, Block 2; Hai-Kuwait, Munuki; Juba; South Sudan.

​The South Tabasco Conference is located in Tabasco’s mountain range, Mexico. It includes the municipalities of Jalapa, Tacotalpa, Teapa and the Centro districts of Primero de Mayo, Parrilla and Mercedes in the state of Tabasco.

​The Southeast Brazil Union Conference is an administrative unit of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South American Division. Its headquarters is located in the city of Petrópolis, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Southeast China Union Mission was one of the short-lived church administrative units organized in 1949 under the China Division, just before the latter severed its connection with the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. The union existed from 1949 to 1951.
