George Casebeer worked in the Upper Columbia Conference in the Pacific Union.3 He was the first Adventist pastor in Ecuador, working there from mid-1905 until mid-1908.4 He continued Thomas H. Davis’s (c. 1866–1911) work through canvassing, publications, and evangelism conferences. He also initiated an English school in Ambato. In 1908, Casebeer and his wife traveled to Peru and Argentina for the South American Union meetings.5 In those meetings, it was decided that Casebeer would become the principal of the Pua Training School in Chile. He worked as principal there until 1912.6
