The Jamaica Union Conference was organized in 1944 as the British West Indies Union Mission.

Formerly Jeju Attached region, Jeju Region is a mission region under the direct control of the Korean Union Conference (KUC). This mission field was separated from Southwest Korean Conference and organized into KUC Jeju Attached Field in 2009. The organization was renamed Jeju Attached Region in 2014 and then renamed Jeju Region in 2017.

Kanchipuram-Chengalpattu Section is a part of the Southeast India Union Section in the Southern Asia Division of Seventh-day Adventists. Its headquarters is in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, India. It was organized in 2006, reorganized in 2011, and the name revised in 2016.

Kanyadoto Mission is one of the oldest Adventist mission stations in Kenya. It is unique because it was founded by a lay person named Herbert James Sparks early in 1911. It was officially organized as a mission station in 1913. Kanyadoto Mission was dissolved in 1946 and moved to Ranen Hill as part of a new mission setup there.

​The Kanyamfwa Mission Station in Kenya is located on volcanic plateau land on the eastern part of Homa-Hills where agricultural activities are supported by the fertile volcanic soil. This area has long spells of dry seasons with heavy rainfall between March and June every year. The available crops–maize, finger millet, sorghum, ground nuts, and other foodstuff encourage human habitation in this region.

Kazakhstan Mission encompasses the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is part of the Southern Union Mission in the Euro-Asia Division of Seventh-day Adventists. Organized as far back as 1979 as the Kazakhstan District, this church entity went through a number of reorganizations leading to the establishment of the Kazakhstan Mission in 2022.
