​Honduras Comayagüela Conference is a part of Honduras Union Mission. Its headquarters are located in Colonia El Prado, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Honduras Union Mission is an organization of the Inter-American Division of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

Seventh-day Adventist mission work began in the Hebei 河北 (or Hopei) Province in 1915. In 1918 it was constituted as the Peking Mission 北京区会, later renamed the Chihli Mission 直隶区会. The province was formerly named the Chihli Province but when the name was changed to Hopei Province the mission entity underwent a further change, becoming known as the Hopei Mission 河北区会 (now Hebei Mission). It always remained a part of the North China Union Conference with its headquarters in Peking (now Beijing).

The province of Hunan (湖南) was considered a part of the South China Mission in 1910. Later, it was placed in the North China Union Mission. Due to a further re-organization of the China field in 1919 it became an entity within the Central China Union Mission. Its headquarters were always at Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province.

The Hupeh (now Hubei) Mission (湖北区会) was a part of the North Central China Mission in 1910, administered from the expatriate district in Hankow (now Wuhan). Later, the name of the governing body was changed to the North China Union Mission. A re-organization took place in 1919, placing the mission in the Central China Union Mission. Its headquarters remained in Hankow.

The Iceland Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (Kirkja Sjounda Dags Adventista) covers the territory of Iceland.

The territory of the India Union Mission included India, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka), and Burma (now Myanmar). At the end of 1919, the union had 978 baptized members spread over 26 churches. India Union Mission was operational from 1910 to 1919.

The Isthmus Conference is a part of the Inter-Oceanic Mexican Union Conference. It covers the southeast portions of the states of Oaxaca and Veracruz.

The Jakarta Local Conference (JLC) is an administrative unit of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is part of West Indonesia Union Mission in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division.

The Jamaica Union Conference was organized in 1944 as the British West Indies Union Mission.

Kanyadoto Mission is one of the oldest Adventist mission stations in Kenya. It is unique because it was founded by a lay person named Herbert James Sparks early in 1911. It was officially organized as a mission station in 1913. Kanyadoto Mission was dissolved in 1946 and moved to Ranen Hill as part of a new mission setup there.

​The Kanyamfwa Mission Station in Kenya is located on volcanic plateau land on the eastern part of Homa-Hills where agricultural activities are supported by the fertile volcanic soil. This area has long spells of dry seasons with heavy rainfall between March and June every year. The available crops–maize, finger millet, sorghum, ground nuts, and other foodstuff encourage human habitation in this region.

Kebana Adventist Mission was established near Kebana River in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 1921 by V. E. Toppenberg, an Adventist missionary from Denmark.
